Info-Drive Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:-<br/><br/>- To sub divide the face value of equity shares of the Company from Rs. 10/- each to Re. 1/- each subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company in accordance with the provisions of section 61(1) (d) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Article 3 of the Articles of Association of the Company.
