Info Edge (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has invested an additional amount of Rs.40 million through optionally convertible cumulative redeemable preference shares in Happily Unmarried Marketing Private Limited, which is engaged in the business of sale of fun quirky creative products. It owns and operates the site www.happilyunmarried.com.<br/><br/>The aggregate investment, including the above, is now Rs.94 million in Happily Unmarried Private Limited which translates to about 34% stake, as on date which may change based on certain conditions, in the Company on a fully converted and diluted basis.
