| Info Edge (India) Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on February 25, 2017, Board considered and took following decisions:<BR><BR>1. Board declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs.1.50 per share (on the face value of Rs.10/- per share) for the financial year 2016-17.<BR><BR>2. Record Date for the purpose of determining the name of members eligible for receipt of the interim dividend will be March 6, 2017. Accordingly, shareholders whose name appear (a) as Beneficial Owners as on March 6, 2017 (close of business hours) as per the list to be furnished by the Depositories in respect of the shares held in electronic form, and (b) as Members in the Register of Members of the Company as on March 6, 2017 (close of business hours) would be entitled to the said interim dividend pay-out.<BR><BR>3. The dividend will be paid on or after March 10, 2017.<BR><BR>The Board Meeting commenced at 11:00 AM and concluded at 12:00 Noon. | |
