Infosys Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 09, 2015, inter alia, to consider:<BR><BR>1. The audited financial results of the Company as per Indian GAAP for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2014 (Q3); and<BR><BR>2. The audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per IFRS for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2014 (Q3).<BR><BR>Trading window closure :<BR><BR>The insider trading window will remain closed between December 16, 2014 through January 11, 2015.<BR><BR>Investors call :<BR><BR>The Company will hold investor / analyst calls on January 09, 2015. During such calls, the management will comment on the financial results for the period ending December 31, 2014. Details of the calls will be published on the Company's website in due course.
