Infosys Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of the publication in newspaper regarding, Notice informing that an application is being made to the Central Government for seeking its approval pursuant to Section 196 and 197 read with Schedule V and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 for reappointment of Dr. Vishal Sikka as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Company for a period from April 01, 2016 to March 31, 2021.
