| Infosys Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 10, 2014, inter alia, to consider :<br/><br/>1. The audited financial results of the Company as per Indian GAAP for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2014 (Q2).<br/><br/>2. The audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per IFRS for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2014; and <br/><br/>3. To consider Payment of interim dividend.<br/><br/>Trading Window Closure<br/><br/>The insider trading window will be closed between September 16, 2014 through October 12, 2014.<br/><br/>Investors Call:-<br/><br/>The Company will hold investor / analyst calls on October 10, 2014. During Such calls, the management will comment on the financial results for the period ending September 30, 2014 and on the Company's strategy.
