The Exchange has sought clarification from Infosys Ltd with respect to news article appearing On Financial Express website on October 20, 2014 titled "Infosys violated SEZ rules at Chandigarh tech park, says revenue department report."<br/><br/>Infosys Ltd replied stating "We have not issued any press release on this subject. Indian Express sent us a query on this subject and we issued our comments. The company has denied any wrong doing. We don't consider this event as a material event and this has no impact on the operations or performance of the company."
