Infotech Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors has recommended the change of name of the Company from Infotech Enterprises Limited to Cyient Limited, subject to shareholder approval and other regulatory clearances. The Company is in the process of commencing the postal ballot process in this connection to seek shareholder approval.
