| Infotech Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Special Resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company by means of postal ballot and as approved by the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh vide its fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 05, 2014, the name of the Company is changed from Infotech Enterprises Limited to Cyient Limited.<br/><br/>All correspondence should henceforth be addressed to Cyient Limited.<br/><br/>The change of the name will not affect any rights or obligations of the Company or render ineffective any legal proceedings by or against it nor will it affect any contracts between the Company and other party or parties.<br/><br/>Further, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective contracts, all contracts entered into and executed by the Company and all correspondences, documents, deeds and writings entered into and executed by the Company under the old name 'Infotech Enterprises Limited' shall continue to be valid and be construed as if the correspondences, documents, deeds and writings have been entered into in the new name, 'Cyient Limited'. | |
