| Ingersoll-Rand (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2016, has<BR><BR>1. Recommended to the Members of the Company the appointment, at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, of Mr. Sekhar Natarajan as an Independent Director on the Board.<BR><BR>2. Re-appointed Mr. Amar Kaul as Manager under the Companies Act, 2013 for a period of one month from July 22, 2016. It is also the intention of the Board to appoint Mr. Amar Kaul as Director and Managing Director of the Company later. | |
