Commencement of Commercial Operations of Multiplex Cinema Theatre taken on Leave & License basis and located at INOX Leisure Limited, 3rd Floor, Old Shalimar Cinema, Sector-16, Gandhinagar- 382016. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has commenced the Commercial Operations of a Multiplex Cinema Theatre, taken on Leave & License basis, and located at INOX Leisure Limited, 3rd Floor, Old Shalimar Cinema, Sector-16, Gandhinagar- 382016 with effect from today, i.e. Friday, 31st March, 2017. The said Multiplex Cinema Theatre has 5 screens and 719 seats. INOX is now present in 58 cities with 117 Multiplexes, 465 screens and a total seating capacity of 1,17,451 seats across India.
