INOX Leisure Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 04, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance to the Companys Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from January 27, 2016 till completion of 48 hours after the Un-audited Financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges.<BR><BR>The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company.
