INOX Leisure Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 16, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter ended on December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>In accordance to the Company's Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from January 08, 2015 to January 17, 2015 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company.
