INOX Leisure Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 24, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from January 12, 2017, till completion of 48 hours after the un-audited Financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
