INOX Leisure Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the Audited Financial Results of the Company, for the financial year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, In accordance to the Company's Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from May 18, 2015 till completion of 24 hours after the Audited Financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
