Notice of Postal Ballot in respect of payment of Professional Fees to Mr. Deepak Asher, Nonexecutive Director of the Company, pursuant to the Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of M/s. Samdani Shah & Associates, Company Secretaries, as Scrutinizer to conduct the Postal Ballot in a fair and transparent manner.
