INOX Leisure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 25, 2014, to consider and approve the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of Satyam Cineplexes Limited ( a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) with the Company and to discuss matters incidental thereto.<br/><br/>In accordance to the Companys Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from September 18, 2014 to September 26, 2014 (both days inclusive).<br/><br/>The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company.
