With reference to earlier announcement dated July 30, 2014, regarding INOX to acquire Satyam Cineplexes, INOX Leisure Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has completed the acquisition of 100% equity shares of Satyam Cineplexes Limited (Satyam). Accordingly, Satyam has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
