INOX Leisure Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 28, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In accordance to the Companys Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from July 19, 2014 to July 29, 2014 (both days inclusive).<br/><br/>The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company.
