Insecticides (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2014, inter alia, have taken the following decisions:<br/><br/>1. To increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 150000000.00 (Rupees Fifteen Crore only) to Rs. 250000000.00 (Rupees Twenty Five Crore only); and<br/><br/>2. To recommend the issue of bonus shares to its Members in the proportion of 1 (One) Bonus Equity Share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, for every 2 (Two) fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each held by Member as on date of book closure, which declared after approval of shareholders.
