Insecticides (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and adopt the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 alongwith Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2015 and also recommend the final dividend for the year 2014-15, subject to approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting and discussion on other items as per agenda of the meeting.<BR><BR>Further, the Company informed BSE that the trading window shall be remaining closed from May 15, 2015 to May 27, 2015 for the above said purposes.
