Intec Capital Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 07, 2014, to consider and approve the following transactions:<br/><br/>1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Result of the Company for the Quarter ended as on June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>2. To recommend Final Dividend, subject to the approval of shareholders.<br/><br/>3. To fix the date of 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company.<br/><br/>4. To fix the date for closure of Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company for the purpose of 20th Annual General Meeting and payment of Dividend, if any, declared at the ensuing 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
