Inter Globe Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company is proposed to be held on January 31, 2017 for the approval of Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further in Compliance with the Company's 'Code of Insider Trading' formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed, in connection with the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 from January 24, 2017 to February 03, 2017 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees and their dependents and family members.<BR><BR>The Trading Window will be resumed from February 04, 2017 onwards.
