| Inter Globe Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 25, 2014 to September 29, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2014.<br/><br/>Dividend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or after October 10, 2014.<br/><br/>The Company is providing e-voting facility to its shareholders, in respect of all shareholders' resolutions, to be passed at the Annual General Meeting. The e-voting period will start on September 23, 2014 at 9.00 A.M to September 25, 2014 at 6.00 P.M. | |
