| This is to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 13th November 2017 at the Registered Office at 201, 2nd Floor, Viraj Towers, Near Landmark, Western Express Highway, Andheri (East), Mumbai-400069 at 04.00 PM to consider inter alia the following business,<BR> <BR> To Consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Half Year ended 30th September 2017 as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015<BR> Further, Pursuant to Company's Code of practices & procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information along with Code of Internal procedures and code of Conduct of prevention of Insider Trading pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window will remain closed from 7th November 2017 to 15th November 2017 (inclusive of both the days).
