| Ipca Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 22, 2014 to July 31, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 31, 2014.<br/><br/>The Board has recommended a final divided of Rs. 2.50 per share (125%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2014 which if sanctioned will be paid on or before August 22, 2014.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 and any other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company is pleased to provide its members with the facility to exercise their right to vote on the agenda items as stated in the notice of the Annual General Meeting by electronic means and the business may be transacted through the e-voting services provided by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL).<br/><br/>The details pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the relevant Rules prescribed thereunder are as follows:<br/><br/>1. Date of completion of sending of notices: July 01, 2014<br/><br/>2. Date and time of commencement of e-voting: July 24, 2014 (9.00 a.m.)<br/><br/>3. Date and time of end of e-voting: July 26, 2014 (6.00 p.m.)<br/><br/>4. E-voting by electronic mode shall not be allowed beyond 6.00 p.m. on July 26, 2014.<br/><br/>5. The shareholders may contact the undersigned for any grievances connected with electronic voting.<br/><br/>The notice of the Annual General Meeting alongwith the procedure of e-voting has been sent to all the Members by prescribed mode and the same is also available on the website of the Company at www.ipca.com and on the website of NSDL at www.evoting@nsdl.com | |
