| IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2016 has:<BR><BR>1. re-appointed Mr. Sunil Tandon as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from May 29, 2016 for a further term of 3 years subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing general meeting.<BR><BR>2. appointed Mrs. Deepali V. Mhaiskar as Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from May 19, 2016 for a term of 5 years subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing general meeting. Mrs. Mhaiskar is one of the Promoters of the Company and wife of Mr. Virendra D. Mhaiskar and daughter of Mr. Suresh G. Kelkar, Directors of the Company.<BR><BR>3. approved payment of remuneration to Mr. Virendra D. Mhaiskar as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company subject to approval of shareholders at ensuing general meeting.<BR><BR>4. took note of resignation of Mr. Govind G. Desai as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from May 19, 2016. | |
