Iris Mediaworks Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on May 27, 2016, for the purpose of approval of Audited Financial Results for the fourth Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall be closed from May 18, 2016 to May 29, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all designated employees, directors etc.
