ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window for purchase / sale of shares of the Company will be closed from April 01, 2015 for Designated Employees under the ITC Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the Audited Financial Results for the year ending March 31, 2015.
