With reference to the earlier communication dated April 02, 2016, wherein the Company wrote to advise that it had been compelled to shut its cigarette factories with effect from April 01, 2016 until clarity emerges in the current uncertain state of the rules on health warning.<BR><BR>ITC Ltd has now informed BSE that consequent upon a High Court order passed in favour of the Company, the Company will soon resume manufacture of cigarettes in its factories.
