In terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to advise that the Company on 8th August, 2017 issued and allotted 29,21,600 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 2,92,160 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.<BR> <BR> Consequently, with effect from 8th August, 2017, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1217,60,18,951/- divided into 1217,60,18,951 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.<BR>
