ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on September 16, 2015 issued and allotted 30,77,820 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each, upon exercise of 3,07,782 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.<BR><BR>Consequently, with effect from September 16, 2015, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 802,64,95,071/- divided into 802,64,95,071 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
