In terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to advise that the Company on 21st August, 2017 issued and allotted 42,87,330 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 4,28,733 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.<BR> <BR> Consequently, with effect from 21st August, 2017, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1218,03,06,281/- divided into 1218,03,06,281 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.<BR>
