ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Company write to advise that Pyxis Solutions, LLC (Pyxis), a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Infotech (USA), Inc. (12A), merged with I2A with effect from April 01, 2016 (I2A is a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Infotech India Limited, which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Limited). Consequently, Pyxis has ceased to be a subsidiary of ITC Infotech India Limited and that of ITC Limited with effect from that date.
