ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on September 16, 2014 issued and allotted 68,16,630 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each, upon exercise of 6,81,663 Options by Optionees under the Companys Employee Stock Option Schemes.<br/><br/>Consequently, with effect from September 16, 2014, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 797,42,55,211/- divided into 797,42,55,211 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
