ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on October 17, 2014 issued and allotted 64,42,470 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each, upon exercise of 6,44,247 Options by Optionees under the Companys Employee Stock Option Schemes.<br/><br/>Consequently, with effect from October 17, 2014, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 798,06,97,681/- divided into 798,06,97,681 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
