ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window for purchase / sale / dealing in the shares of the Company in any manner (other than for exercise of Stock Options under the Companys Employee Stock Option Schemes) will be closed from October 01, 2015 for Designated Employees (and their Immediate Relatives) under the ITC Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading - 2015. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half-Year ending on September 30, 2015.
