ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window for purchase / sale of shares of the Company will be closed for Designated Employees from January 01, 2015, in terms of the ITC Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The Trading Window will open 24 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter ending December 31, 2014.
