ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on December 17, 2015 issued and allotted 42,40,940 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each, upon exercise of 4,24,094 Options by Optionees under the Companys Employee Stock Option Schemes.<BR><BR>Consequently, with effect from December 17, 2015, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 803,66,90,171/- divided into 803,66,90,171 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
