ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2015, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs. 6.25 per Ordinary Share of Rs. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2015, subject to declaration of the same by the Members at the 104th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
