ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window for purchase / sale of shares of the Company will close for Designated Employees from October 01, 2014, in terms of the ITC Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The Trading Window will open 24 hours after the announcement of the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half-Year ended September 30, 2014 to the Stock Exchanges.
