ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on August 18, 2015 issued and allotted 24,94,230 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 2,49,423 Options by Optionees under the Companys Employee Stock Option Schemes.<BR><BR>Consequently, with effect from August 18, 2015, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 802,34,17,251/- divided into 802,34,17,251 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
