In terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to advise that the Company on 20th March, 2017 issued and allotted 73,70,460 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 7,37,046 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes. Consequently, with effect from 20th March, 2017, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1214,73,83,071/- divided into 1214,73,83,071 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.
