ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the following as noted / accepted / approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2015:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;1. Noted the forthcoming retirement of Mr. P. V. Dhobale, Wholetime Director, on December 06, 2015 on attaining the age of superannuation and in terms of the resolution passed by the Members.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;2. Accepted the premature retirement of Mr. K. N. Grant, Wholetime Director, as requested by him in view of his health concerns, with effect from January 22, 2016.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Sanjiv Puri, currently President-FMCG, as Additional Wholetime Director, subject to the approval of the Members, with effect from December 06, 2015.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;4. Approved the appointment of Mr. Rajiv Tandon, currently CFO, as Additional Wholetime Director, subject to the approval of the Members, with effect from January 22, 2016.
