ITC Ltd has informed BSE that consequent to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Wills Corporation Limited (Wills), a wholly owned subsidiary of Russell Credit Limited (Russell Credit), with Russell Credit becoming effective from March 22, 2016, Wills has ceased to be a subsidiary of Russell Credit and consequently of ITC Limited. Russell Credit is a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Limited.
