ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window for purchase / sale / dealing in any manner in the shares of the Company will be closed from July 01, 2015 for Designated Employees (and their Immediate Relatives) under the ITC Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading - 2015. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2015.
