ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on July 16, 2015 issued and allotted 31,95,460 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each, upon exercise of 3,19,546 Options by Optionees under the Companys Employee Stock Option Schemes.<BR><BR>Consequently, with effect from July 16, 2015, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 801,87,15,001/- divided into 801,87,15,001 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
