In terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to advise that the Company on 14th March, 2019 issued and allotted 15,78,950 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 1,57,895 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.<BR> <BR> Consequently, with effect from 14th March, 2019, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1225,39,05,921/- divided into 1225,39,05,921 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.<BR>
