ITL Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2014 for consider and approve of un-audited financial result of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading Window as described in 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/ designated employees of the Company for the above purpose from August 11, 2014 to till the expiry of 24 hours of publication of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company to the stock exchanges in terms of the Listing Agreement.
