| IVRCL Assets and Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company, through circular resolution passed on March 28, 2012, have approved the extension of financial year 2011-2012 of the Company by a period of 3 (three) months i.e. upto June 30, 2012. Accordingly, the annual accounts of the Company for the current financial year 2011-2012 shall be prepared for a period of 15 (fifteen) months from April 01, 2011 to June 30, 2012. | |
